Many motorcycle/ATV dealers think of the service department as a "necessary evil" - something that is required to sell the major units. At Green Country Cycle City, this is NOT the case. We maintain the highest quality service department, equipped with the latest tools and fully trained staff to provide our customers the best service possible. Since we are known as one of the best service departments around, we stay very busy - especially during the summer months. However, we give PRIORITY SERVICE to every unit we sell. Purchase a motorcycle, ATV or scooter from us and get PRIORITY SERVICE for as long as you own that ride! Check with your salesman for details.

To keep your machine in top running order, plan a preventative maintenance program and follow up. Don't let those miles build up between service. Bring it in to us and we'll take care of it for you. Also, the best insurance is to purchase an extended warranty when you purchase your motorcycle or ATV.

Be sure to have COMPREHENSIVE insurance on ALL of your toys (motorcycles, ATV's, scooters and PWC's). That way if they are ever stolen, you are not out all that money. Remember, most dealerships do not carry insurance for YOUR toy, that is the responsibility of the owner - YOU!

Although it does not happen often, Green Country Cycle City realizes that sometimes things go wrong - even with a Honda or a Suzuki. When it does, whether you are on warranty or not, we promise to provide you with the best service available for the lowest price possible. In many cases we can provide you with a free estimate and we will always fully explain the work required BEFORE we do anything. If we have to tear down the bike before we determine what is wrong with it, of course there is a charge for that labor but we will do it as fast as we possibly can. Don't take out your frustrations on the SERVICE staff - they are there to help.

In the winter months we'll even pick up your motorcycle and ATV. If you have a valid preferred customer card (given to you when you purchased your Honda or Suzuki from us), we'll pick it up for FREE (within a 15 mile radius of the store).

J.R. Bray heads the department of great Service Technicians. Mike (that's Mike above), Brandon, Gary, Dave and Danny with help from others. We will make sure that you receive the care that you deserve and demand - WE GUARANTEE IT!!
