"I decided to call this dealer to try & keep my purchase within my own area, before I took off & drove to another dealer for the 4 wheeler I was on my way to buy. I just was upset by the way these people treat customers, who knows maybe it was just me? I called to see if they had this particular 4 wheeler, they did & at the same price so this a great thing for me. The interest of selling the ATV to me just wasnt there from the salesman. I felt like maybe Honda just didnt really need my business at all. My experience with Honda dealerships here atleast in Tulsa has been awful! I will not be back for any future purchases. Probably should've just stayed with the Yamaha dealership. Yes I am happy with my 4 wheeler, just not the service of the sales team!"

I want to enter the establishment and feel "comfortable" rather than perceive myself as infringing upon someone's busy schedule. What a wonderfully pleasant environment I found the first time I entered Green Country Cycle City! From the moment I walked in the store I was welcomed better than if I were a member of the family! Mr. Geoff Wooldridge is a knowledgeable, sincere, congenial, and indefatigable salesman who I now consider a friend. Geoff went above and beyond in assisting me with my motorcycle purchase. With Geoff's inter- and intrapersonal intelligence, I believe he would be successful in any field. "I rarely feel compelled to call and or e-mail any large company with a complement or a complaint as I feel most of the time they are overlooked and or ignored. I strongly urge the person whom is read this mail to please do not overlook or ignore this following statement. And please pass it on to the appropriate people.
My experience at Green Country Cycle was and continues to be one of the best retail shopping experiences I can have in Broken Arrow and even Tulsa. Buying the bikes was easy. You go in tell Geoff W. what you want and he takes care of it all. It does not stop at the purchase of the bike however, like it does with most shops. I am totally and utterly blown away by the service that Chris Deering and the staff that back him up provide on a daily basis at the accessories shop. The parts selection that Chris has, is hands down the most abundant and reasonable priced in the Tulsa area motorcycle industry. If by some chance you want something he does not have in stock. The ordering process is easy and shipping is always lighting fast. The thing that strikes me most is, Chris is passionate about what he sales and does not try and sale you something you don not want or need. To make the entire accessory experience complete Danny H is always willing to put your parts on correctly the first time. Just one more person at that shop who is passionate at what he does. That all being said I want to thank Green Country Cycle City for making and continuing to make my motorcycle experience positive. "GCCC is in a league of its own. I have purchased accessories from your store in the past with a very helpful and curtious staff. I had been to other dealers in town to look at what they had to offer. I found that you can be in their shops for up to 30 minutes before you are acknowledged. Not the case at GCCC, as soon as you are in the door someone is greating you. Mike Ratliff was my sales rep and was very helpful and informative about not only the product but also the service. He answered all my questions and when you called for him at the shop if he was not avaiable at the time he would return your call promptly. "I have not had a bike for 16 years and finally decided to finally purchase one again. I talked to many friends who have recently bought bikes and most have Honda VTXs. All greatly enjoy them. I did my research and decided on the VTX. This is when I encountered Geoff Wooldridge. I called Green Country and talked to Geoff who was very professional and informative. I came by for a test ride and went on with the purchase. Geoff steered me into accessories where my wife and I had our own personal shopper. Natasha was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgable. While we were in finance Geoff and Natasha arranged for my accessories to be mounted for a nominal fee. While we were going over the paperwork I had some questions on it and they were answered but I didn't feel right about them. Two days later I called Geoff with my concerns and he gave me the same treatment as a would be new buyer. I have had experiences with being treated as a second class citizen once money changes hands but this was not the case with Geoff. He agreed that things seems amiss and he researched into my finance papers immediately and found that I was over charged $1700. It was corrected that same day. I am greatly impressed with the overall experience and have been enjoying my daily commute to Muskogee on my VTX. Thanks Geoff and all that helped at Green Country Cycle City."

"I stopped by your store today around 1:00 and bought $45 worth of oil and filters. I went home and was working on my handbrake on my Foreman trying to adjust it properly. Having difficulty with it, I decided I would come back to your store and ask a mechanic and see if he could give me some tips on fixing it. I told the guy at the counter my problem and he said I could speak to some other guy but he wasn't a mechanic. He didn't seem to know much and went to the back and tried and failed to explain my problem to the guys back there. In the meantime I asked if I could talk to a mechanic. "Sorry no, they work by the hour and are working on customers bikes." I understood that and said it would only take a couple of minutes to ask them. "Sorry, we could give you a call". No it's easier to speak in person than on the phone. "Can't do it". I told them I just spend $45 bucks in here 2 hours ago so that makes me a customer as well and you can't tell me they never take a five minute smoke break. Anyways, a few minutes of that and I said "fine" and walked out the door. It just so happened that the merchandise I had previously bought 2 hours earlier was still in my truck so I grabbed it and walked back into the store, laid it on the counter and said I wanted a refund. I got my money back, said thanks, and will never set foot in your store again. ........
REPLY: It is true that we prefer that customers not talk directly to the mechanics. Our technicians make their income only when they work on customer's units. It is not fair to customers that are waiting for their bikes, nor is it fair to the mechanic when they are interupted. Can you imagine if everyone wanted to talk to the mechanic? This was explained to this customer as nicely as possible.... but.... He could also have purchased a SERVICE MANUAL.

"After having a bad motorcycle wreck over 15 years ago I felt like I was ready to get back on that iron horse. I visited 4 different cycle shops in the Tulsa area and at three of them I was totally ignored as I strolled through their used cycle section. But on my fifth shop I visited (YOURS) I was greeted by Geoff Wooldridge. He stayed with me and talked me through a very hard decision. Geoff must have talked with me for over an hour, and I was very clear to him from the start that I would not be purchasing a bike that day, yet he stayed with me and answered many questions. In all 6 people bought bikes from you, after talking of trading in my C-50 i was given the cold shoulder on a trade. i did not expect to get top dollar, since you are in business to make money, but i did help sell 6 bikes!! not to mention talking a young man into buying one the day i picked mine up, when he was undecied at where to buy one at!! "I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in my life. The salesman in charge of consignments told me he was too busy to deal with me, and to bring my bike back later, (this after I was told on the phone it would be fine to bring it in). He told me he had to leave right at 7,(at this time it was 6:15)and he didn't even want to know what kind of bike i had or how much i wanted for it, or to look at it. Finally i got him to poke his head out the door, at which time he said "not interested" and turned his back on me and walked away. I will never return to cycle city and I will recommend everyone goes to honda of tulsa instead, they were very friendly and helpful.
. -->REPLY: We are very sorry that Jeff felt he was treated poorly. However, what Jeff failed to mention was that every salesman was busy with one or two customers that were purchasing units. It takes time to evaluate a consignment and fill out the paperwork. It would have been unfair to our customers that were purchasing motorcycles, for any of our salesmen to drop what they were doing with them, to help him. Like any establishment we have busy periods and slow periods - Jeff just happened upon a time we were very busy so we could not accommodate his immediate demands. We take pride in the fact that we have a very friendly and helpful staff and in almost any other time we would have seen to his needs immediately. Also, note that by 6:15 pm we were the ONLY dealership in Tulsa that was still open."

I had some rubber melted to my exhaust and they got me some great polish that removed the baked on rubber without leaving any scratches. Very informative and quick to get my stuff in. "The guys at the parts counter bend over backwards to help. Today Chris helped me buy a full face helmet that was the best for my needs. I was also looking at another one that had a nice design on it and even though it was more expensive he pointed out why it wouldn't work for me. That surprised me as most salesmen would jump at an opportunity to sell you something more expensive. These guys really care about the customer! "I purchased a VTX 1800C on 9/1/04. Geoff Wooldrige worked with me on the sale and I couldn't be happier! He was a good salesman who knows how to treat his customers!!!
Also, on 9/11 (Sat)...I came in at almost 5:20 looking to by an accessory for my bike (tool pouch). Not knowing that GC closed at 5pm on Saturdays I tried the front door...LOCKED! I noticed an employee pulling bikes into the garage to close up for the night. I asked if there was any way I could purchase something(knowing exactly what I wanted). Brandon was the guys name and he was excellent! He told me that he would be happy to help me even during his close up chores. I was able to sneak in with him and grab my item and he rang me out at the service desk! What a life saver he was!! That's customer service! I've been to a few other places that would've said SORRY, WE'RE CLOSED!!
Good Job GC!!!! You've definitely won a loyal customer and I'll refer business your way every chance I get!
